10/15/2006: CAPP Posts Limit on Phosphorus Content
CAPP has approved new specifications on the phosphorus content in western Canadian light sweet crude oil streams. More information is available in the attached CAPP release.


9/1/2006: Public Data Release Policy
A new policy for public distribution of confidentional project data was proposed and approved at the June 2006 annual general meeting of the CCQTA. A five year default limit has been established, after which all project data is released to the public domain, unless the project members have established otherwise. An alternative time limit may be still established, or data may remain confidential, but the default time limit will be five years.


2/15/2006: Olefins in Crude by NMR Method
The long awaited Olefins in Crude by H-NMR is now available for download. Thanks to Maxxam Analytics and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers for funding method development.


10/30/2004: Phosphorus in Crude Limit
CAPP is examining the possibility of requesting a limit on volatile phosphorus in crude. The webpage below has complete information on this action.


6/23/2004: CONRAD Presentation
A presentation was made to the members of CONRAD on the CCQTA and its history and activities. The presentation is attached (128 KB).


1/29/2004: Synthetic Crude Presentation for COQG
A presentation was made at the COQG meeting in New Orleans on synthetic crude qualities and transportation logistics. Details can be found in the attached presentations.
